@FrontierCorp Supposedly for tomorrow morning, but I never received confirmed time. I have to leave for work by 11am Eastern and cant afford to wait. I already gave up 6 hours of my time yesterday. People have to work and I am not losing my job due to a no show or late tech.

@FrontierCorp your customer service is Terrible. We have been without internet for 3 days and keep getting told a technician will be out. Technician never showed up yesterday and still getting the run around….. maybe it’s time to rethink our decision to go with frontier.

@AskFrontier on the phone with Frontier for 29:06 minutes just for another outlet installed. This is after I called and asked for a callback. Once they called back I was again put on hold for 4 minutes.Their computer system sucks. First it was an error, then to a coded system.

@AskFrontier No I totally understand the offer for new customers. Why does your employee tell me, that the plan starts at 87.99, but then tells me, that my price would be 102.97 to upgrade. I have to pay 15 dollars more simply because I’ve been a customer for 10 years?

@FrontierCorp Yes responed to with the same thing I've been told. "No outage" even though multiple people have reported the same issue at the same time. I was told 11 days. Another 2 weeks.
