Once again @Ask_Spectrum internet is down nothing new here same old trash service as always it's either down or slow as hell. @FrontierCorp what deals you got going on this Spectrum crap is getting old.

@AskFrontier on the phone with Frontier for 29:06 minutes just for another outlet installed. This is after I called and asked for a callback. Once they called back I was again put on hold for 4 minutes.Their computer system sucks. First it was an error, then to a coded system.

@AskFrontier No I totally understand the offer for new customers. Why does your employee tell me, that the plan starts at 87.99, but then tells me, that my price would be 102.97 to upgrade. I have to pay 15 dollars more simply because I’ve been a customer for 10 years?

@Xfinity What’s wrong is I haven’t had service going on 5 days and not one person can give me an answer as to why or even how long this issue will remain. I have @FrontierCorp coming out today to get me right since XFinity failed to take care of me the customer

@FrontierCorp Yes responed to with the same thing I've been told. "No outage" even though multiple people have reported the same issue at the same time. I was told 11 days. Another 2 weeks.
