Creating A New Modular Home

In-factory construction quality for modular homes is surpasses that which is traditionally built on site. Materials cut with a hand-held circular saw at a home site less exact than as those cut with permanently installed in a factory assembly line environment. What’s more, factory inspections review every building feature from floor framing to final paint. Trained factory inspectors or independent third party inspectors conduct multiple inspections per home. Local building inspectors may only conduct two to five predetermined inspections on the average conventionally built home. All building materials are stocked out of the elements. Damp materials stocked at many on-site building locations are used in the new home creating warped walls, ceilings and mold and mildew problems. With modular construction your custom home is built to the highest standard possible and packaged for transport to your job site.

With factory construction, modular homes are completed to a level of about 75-85%. Once the home is on your job site, Impresa Modular, will install your home on the completed foundation. The full process of transport, installation, and finish is strictly carried out. Onsite, the remainder of the finish work is done. The checklist of items includes: connection of utilities, interior and exterior button-up, and the balance of site work which may include porches, driveways, sidewalks, yard, etc. Most homes, once installed on your foundation, are finished and ready to move into within just about 6 weeks.
